Ingredients:
2 small apples cored
2 clementines peeled
2 bananas
1 cup frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries & blackberries)
1/2 cup grapes
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup frozen kale
1 cup frozen spinach
1 1/2 cups apple juice
1 cup water (more if needed)
Directions:
Step 1 - Put the ingredients in your blender (I use a Vitamix) and work up to high speed, blend for 45 seconds or until a smooth consistency is reached. Enjoy!
