Sweet Everyday Bread

Ingredients:
1 cup + 3 tbsps. very warm water
1/4 cup granulated sugar (or substitute honey)
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups unbleached all purpose flour
2 tbsps. canola oil
3 tsps. active dry yeast

Directions:
Step 1: In a measuring cup place the water stirring in 1 tsp. of the sugar, then sprinkle the yeast over the top. Let sit for 8-10 minutes so that the yeast can activate.  In the mean time place your dry ingredients and oil in your mixer with the dough hook.
Step 2: With your mixer on a low-medium speed slowly pour in the yeast mixture until dough comes together. Line your loaf pan and spray the ends with canola oil.  Pour the dough into the pan and spread evenly with your spatula. Cover with plastic wrap and then a towel, set in a warm place to rise for 1-1.5 hours.

Step 3: Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees, then remove your towel and plastic wrap.  The parchment paper will be sticking to the dough but do not pull it back.  At 10 minutes of baking the dough will have cooked enough to easily release and pull back from the dough.  Bake for another 10-15 minutes until the top and edges are a light golden brown.  Remove by lifting up the parchment paper and let cool for at least 30 minutes before serving, other wise the bread will not slice nicely.  Enjoy!
