2 cups all purpose unbleached flour
4 tsps. baking powder
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup room temperature salted butter
Step 1: Pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine dry ingredients in your mixer with the dough hook attachment. Then slowly add softened butter and skim milk until dough comes together leaving the sides of your mixer bowl clean.
Step 2: Roll out dough onto a lightly floured surface (about 1/2 inch thick) and cut using your favorite biscuit cutter.
Step 3: Place on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart and bake for 12 minutes. Or you can freeze them on the baking sheet, once frozen you can place in a freezer bag and bake when you need them.
