Kale Chips

Ingredients:
1 bunch of Kale
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1-2 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh citrus juice (lemon, lime, etc.)
Parchment Paper

Directions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Rinse and dry a large bunch of kale (organic if you can find it). Then take a large mixing bowl, take one sprig at a time and tear off  the kale in small bunches.

Step 2: Once finished, line a baking sheet with parchment paper (It took me two batches total).  Drizzle the olive oil, kosher salt and citrus juice over the kale.  Then using your hands toss and squeeze the kale, in order to guarantee all ingredients are evenly distributed.  Then lay on the baking sheet slightly spaced apart.

Step 3: Place in oven and bake for 10-13 minutes depending on your oven (you want the kale to be crispy but not burnt).

Step 4: Remove and enjoy!!! (My own family devoured them before the second batch was done.)
