Fresh Salsa

28oz. can of peeled plum tomatoes
2 (10 oz) cans of Rotel with green chilies
1 lime freshly juiced
1/2 tsp. of kosher salt
1/3 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. onion powder
1 medium jalapeno diced and take seeds out (or add seeds if you want extra spice)
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
2 cloves of garlic minced

Step 1: Combine all of the ingredients into a mixer and chop for 10-15 seconds (the less time the more chunky, all based on your preference).  

Step 2: Put in serving vessel and chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.  Top with fresh cilantro and serve with your favorite tortilla chips, enjoy!!
