Parmesan Garlic Pasta with Mushrooms and Peas

Ingredients:
Past of your choice
1/2 cup of peas (fresh or frozen)
1 cup mushrooms cleaned and sliced
2 tbsps. parmesan cheese
1-2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
4-5 tbsps. olive oil
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1-2 tsps. kosher salt

Yields:
2 Servings

Directions:
Step 1: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.  Bring a frying pan on medium-low heat  up to temperature with olive oil.
Step 2: Add your noodles to the boiling water and cook until aldente, then drain.  In the meantime add garlic to your frying pan to flavor the olive oil.  After 3-4 minutes add mushrooms, peas, sprinkle of salt and black pepper (I use fresh mushrooms and frozen peas), saute and let the ingredients marinate (about 3-4 minutes).
Step 3: Add pasta to the frying pan and toss to combine.  Finally add the parmesan last, give a final toss and serve!
