Biscuits

Ingredients:
1. 4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
2. 2 tbsps. baking powder
3. 3 tsps. granulated sugar
4. 1.5 tsps. coarse salt
5. 1 cup cold unsalted butter
6. 2 cups heavy cream

Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Whisk flour, baking powder, sugar and salt with your mixer (I used my KitchenAid mixer with the whisk attachment).
Step 2: Add in the butter cut into small cubes until it resembles a coarse mixture (like large bread crumbs). Add in cream, continue to stir together until dough comes together.
Step 3: Roll out dough onto lightly floured surface to desired thickness (I prefer 3/4-1 inch).
Step 4: Bake on a cookie sheet with parchment paper for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Enjoy!
