Power Packed Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
3 cups spinach
1 banana
1 apple
2 cups frozen mixed berried (I used a mix of blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)
2 tsps. chia seeds
1-1.5 cups water
 
Directions:
Step 1: Put all of the ingredients into your blender (I use a Vitamix, it is amazing) work up to high speed, and blend for 45 seconds. My kids even asked for seconds, enjoy!
