Ingredients:
Pita Bread
1/2 cup lettuce of choice
1 tbsp. diced sweet onion
1/4 cup sliced beets
1/2 roma tomato sliced
1/4 shredded cheese
2 tbsps. hummus
Directions:
Step 1: Clean and prepare the veggies.
Step 2: Warm up the pita either in the microwave or on a griddle. Spread hummus on the bottom, then pile up the veggies. Enjoy!
