2 1/2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsps. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup loosely packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsps. vanilla extract
1 package of mini semi sweet morsels
Directions:
Step 1: Cream butter (at room temperature), sugars and vanilla together in a mixer on a high speed for 2-3 minutes using the paddle attachment.
Step 2: Add in the baking soda, salt and eggs until evenly blended. On a low speed incorporate flour until combined.
Step 3: Add in the mini morsels on a low speed.

Step 4: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. To ensure even baking and cookie size, I recommend using a variety of ice cream scoops (I also use them to fill muffin tins, great tools).
Step 5: Bake for 9-13 minutes depending on cookie size and your own oven. Enjoy!!!
